too much trying to push gert strand
i am disapointed with this book. the quality of paper and the binding is terrible.
i wouldnt recomend it to anyone novice or experienced brewer. i cant tell you how annoyed i am about wasting my money on this book.
much of the info is good but it attempts to lead the reader to thinking that gert strand products are the only ones to buy.

Everything you need to know to make spirits.
This book covers everything from the mash, to the distilling to the filtering. This is a great book for the novice as well as the experienced distiller. Lots of good info to include thermometor calibration for elevation, boiling points, thresholds of collumns based on mash alcohol content, and important safety considerations. I purchased this book after considerable online research and have found it to be an invaluable resource that I refer to even now.
