Not bad for an essence
I wouldn't say this is better than Crown Royal, but for an essence it's very drinkable. This is by far the better of the essences I've tried.

Good product ... 4.5 ... could be a wee bit better
With a double distilled and/or polished "vodka" this makes a fine whiskey. A very slight glycerin aftertaste.
The bulk would be the way to go on this one for value.
A smoke or oak addition might make ones own "brand" flavor.

Crown Royal Clone?
This whiskey essence was quite good. A very smooth and mild whiskey. Light in color. Not quite a "Crown Royal" The mouth feel is thin but could be thickened up with a little more glucose. It could definitely be passed of as "Crown" to the younger crowd but not to a "Crown" drinker. All in all, a very good Canadian clone. Will buy more.
