A tad too sweet but good
as mentioned above it's a tad too sweet for me, but very smooth mellow amaretto flavor. I mixed mine up just a little over a year ago, and it's still very smooth with excellent flavor. Will purchase again but will add less sugar

Amaretto Rocks!
This essence is great. It has been a huge success with everyone that has tried it. Very smooth…even at 112 proof. It’s a little sweet when served neat (we may reduce the amount of sugar by about 1/4th on the next bottle). It does well when mixed with a carbonated mixer. Personally I like mixed with a shot of ginger ale over ice. You can’t go wrong with this essence!
