Low heat, bad flavor, fake texture
Fake syrupiness of gum extracts and low heat. Use up as a stir-in to soups, etc. Even the kids won't mind this mild one, but the texture is so gummy you won't want to use it as a direct application sauce on wings, dogs, sandwiches, etc., strictly a mix-in.

Mild not Medium
The usual vinegar based "hot sauce". Won't overpower anything as long as that anything has lots of vinegar. Still, not bad on eggs.
