May 12, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from  United States   This book covers everything from the mash, to the distilling to the filtering.  This is a great book for the novice as well as the experienced distiller.  Lots of good info to include thermometor calibration for elevation, boiling points, thresholds of collumns based on mash alcohol content, and important safety considerations.  I purchased this book after considerable online research and have found it to be an invaluable resource that I refer to even now.
