Description 

Iguana Gold is a medium-hot, deliciously tangy habanero and mustard-based Bajan-West Indian-style pepper sauce. Fresh onion, garlic, carrot, cucumber, mustard and aromatic spices help tone down the heat a little on this complex habanero blend to give it a higher-than-typical “utility rate” – in other words, it's good on almost everything.

MUSTARD! That describes this one best. At first taste it gave me worcestershire that soon gave way to a wonderful mustard taste. Not much heat at all but plenty of taste! Kind of a thin sauce. If you like mustard give this one a try. Wonderful on chicken,bet it would be great on a hot dog!

Very good sauce. The onion and garlic blended with the habenero is a pretty good taste. I used this on sausage or chicken sandwiches.
