We start with exceptional ingredients like aged tamari (soy sauce). This secret ingredient is stored in wooden barrels, and slow aged for three years underground in Japan, adding flavors and undertones that carry descriptions normally associated with fine wines. We then enhance the sauce with toasted sesame oil,add a zing of fresh ginger and garlic, a zap of chile extract and just the right amount of sweet honey and suddenly you're howling for more. Use straight out of the bottle or for marinating and stir fry dishes. Great as a dipping sauce, on fish, beef, pork or poultry. It's also a great accompaniment and change of pace for sushi!
