this book is fun to read and containe clear explanations for the novice as well as thorough explanations for the experienced brewer seeking to advance his skills.
its a best value item as i see it

Moonshine
This book is an awsome walk through history regarding its subject matter. Informative and entertaining. Very handy to have around for a beginner, providing basic information that applies to any liquid that can be distilled. Would be great for beer, wine or spirit distillers. It is very upfront and forward about what is legal and what is NOT LEGAL in the USA. I would have to say it is a very thorough book and would recommend it to everyone interested in taking up distilling/brewing as a hobby.
