Flavor & Heat
I've been buying this hot sauce for 15 years since I first found it in New Orleans. It's my favorite because it not only has heat, but great flavor to go with it. You can buy much hotter sauces, but very few actually taste good. I often use it in Chili & Rotel. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned :)

Decent
First off, this sauce has more heat than most traditional sauces like Franks or Tabasco. Good burn for the money, and a good addition to chili and BBQ. That being said, it has a lot more vinegar flavor than I like. I tried it on scrambled eggs and the heat was there, but so was the vinegar :-( TOO MUCH! Overall, I gave it 4 peppers, because of the low price and the decent level of heat. Less vinegar and it would have been a solid 5.

Fine Even Flavor
I've just begun using this hot sauce. It has a nice vinegar taste on the front side, and a fine finishing burn on the back. Overall a good selection for many palates.

THE GREATEST FLAVOR BUT NOT FOR SISSYS
I have been buying this sauce since I first found it in New Orleans Airport almost 20 years ago. It's not for girls or sissy guys. I gave some to a Flight Attendant from Tialand and she jumped. I worked for the airline and it made the airline food edible. Its not just hot like some but has a great spice flavor. You only use a very little bit for flavor. One bottle should last you a very long time.
